Honeycomb Greetings™ makes every effort to recycle and reuse packing materials when available.

It is very important to inspect your order upon arrival. If there is a problem with your purchase you must report it to me within five (5) days of delivery. Please contact me through “Etsy Conversations” so that the matter may be addressed.
Exchanges: Customers may request to exchange the item purchased for a different item in this shop of equal or lesser value within 5 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping cost for the new item. I must receive the original item in its original packaging (if any), new, unused and sell-able condition before the new item is shipped. All exchanges are subject to shop approval.
Refund: Refunds are only issued if the order was damaged during shipping. I take care to ensure that orders are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, be sure to report it to me within 5 days of delivery and return the order to me within 14 days. After the order is returned I will furnish a refund of the product cost not including shipping.
